Charlotte Witter (Spider-Woman 4)

Charlotte Witter (Madame Webb’s granddaughter) is a product of Dr, Octopus’ genetic manipulation, a mutated human/spider hybrid. Charlotte was give the ability to absorb the powers of the previous Spider-Women and manage to steal the powers of Jessica Drew, Julia Carpenter, Mattie Franklin and Madame Web in return to destroy Spider-Man. But the previous Spider-Women were able to track down Charlotte and in the end Mattie was able to steal her powers back that included the powers of all the Spider-Women, leaving Charlotte powerless. But Charlotte’s powers came back but when she encountered Mattie the last time, Charlotte was defeated and institutionalized.
